Enrolments

All enrolments are governed by an enrolment management plan (PDF, 186KB)​Check the catchment map to see if you reside within the catchment area. Please note that there are different catchment areas for primary and secondary students. 

Students residing outside the catchment area must submit a written request to the College Principal stating the reasons for wishing to enrol at Woodcrest. The most effective way of doing this is by an email to the.principal@woodcrestsc.eq.edu.au. You will then be advised whether the enrolment is accepted or alternatively placed on a waiting list.

How to enrol?

To enrol at Woodcrest State College, you must:

At the enrolment interview, you must provide:

  • completed and signed enrolment documents
  • proof that you reside withith the College enrolment catchment area e.g. a council rates notice, real estate receipt, utilities or telecommunications receipt
  • proof of your identity e.g. driver's licence or passport
  • any relevant information and documentation about your child which will assist the school in supporting their educational needs e.g. medical, custody orders, report cards from a previous school.

Students enrolling for the first time at a Queensland State School must also provide a copy of their birth certificate. Students who are not Australian citizens must provide their passport and relevant Visa details.​​​​​​
