Crest Crew
Crest Crew is Woodcrest State College's elite dance performance team who represent the College in dance competitions and community performances throughout the year. Crest Crew has proven to result in greater student achievement in the subject of Dance.
Students audition to be selected to train and perform in styles of:
- Hip Hop
- Contemporary Jazz
- Musical Theatre
Crest Crew Rehearsal Times
- Monday - First break
- Tuesday - First break
- Thursday - 3.00pm to 4.15pm.
Being on time is essential to ensure students are safely warmed-up for physical activity. Students are only required to attend rehearsals for the dances they have been selected in.
Costs
Crest Crew does have a fee to be involved. Some personal items such as shoes and basic items of clothing will need to be purchased by students. This fee covers a fraction of the contribution towards the costs encountered by the college to make Crest Crew a valuable experience.
