International Program at Woodcrest State College
At Woodcrest State College, international students are welcomed from Prep through to Year 12 as valued members of our school community.
Students are fully integrated into mainstream classes, learning alongside their Australian peers. In Years 8–10, international students follow the Australian Curriculum, focusing on core subjects with the option to explore elective areas. These choices help lay the foundation for Senior School pathways, including university, TAFE, and other post-school opportunities.
Beyond the classroom, international students can enjoy a wide range of co-curricular activities including excursions, cultural events, music and drama programs, and school sporting teams.
During school holidays, Education Queensland International (EQI) offers optional holiday camps that give students the chance to explore more of Queensland, connect with others, and experience Australian culture.
