The Department of Education through Woodcrest State College is collecting personal information in accordance with the Education (General Provisions) Act 2006 in order to register your interest in enrolling your child to attend school. The information will only be accessed by employees of the Department of Education. The information will not be given to any other person or agency unless prior consent is obtained.
Parents or legal guardians living in the local catchment area who wish to enrol their child at the school will need to demonstrate that the student’s principal place of residence is within the catchment area.
Current proof of residency at the address indicated must be provided by way of two documents, one from each of the following sources:
One primary source: a current signed lease agreement, rates notice or unconditional sale agreement showing this address and parents/legal guardian’s name and
One secondary source: a utilities bill (e.g. electricity, gas) or landline telecommunications bill showing this same address & parent’s/legal guardian’s name
